I have been practicing massage therapy and wellness consulting since 1987. During the completion of my master's degree in exercise physiology, I served an internship with two orthopedic surgeons, as well as with collegiate athletes and athletic trainers in an athletic training facility. Those two environments exposed me to medical and athletic massage styles, and spurred my interest in the field. My company name and logo, Energy Unlimited, reflect the philosophy that the human body has the inherent ability to heal itself, so I as a massage therapist act simply as a facilitator, to bring the body, mind, and spirit into balance.

In addition to being nationally certified in massage therapy and bodywork, I have been certified since 1988 by the American College of Sports Medicine and the National Strength and Conditioning Association in many fitness and wellness specialties. With these additional areas of expertise, I am in a unique position to evaluate and deliver specific massage therapy treatments and other wellness services to help empower clients to create a healthier lifestyle.
